A Tinnitus Cure The Symptoms of Tinnitus Tinnitus Causes Consequences and Effects of Tinnitus Tinnitus Remedies Articles by Adrian Featherstone

New Tinnitus. Adrian Featherstone.Diary of a New Tinnitus. The Sounds of Tinnitus. Conclusion

In his final broadcast, which was some time after his previous one and some eight months into his life living with the sounds of tinnitus, Keith finds himself in what he terms " a much better place".

He feels much more in control of his situation, does not suffer panic attacks and tends to focus on the souds of tinnitus very much less than in his early days.

Keith describes himself as habituating to it. He feels that everyone must go through a process of finding their own treatment or way of dealing with the sounds of tinnitus. He recognises that each person will have a different need and a different outcome.

His advise is for keeping good physical health and to avoid focussing on the sounds of tinnitus.

....and it is because he seeks to avoid his own focus on it that he made this his last video.

I hope that you took the time to watch through this interesting sequence of videos. As I suggested earlier Keith's experience of living those early days with the sounds of tinnitus so mirrors my own that I found it spooky!

Keith's disbelief and frustration at the suggestion that he would have to listen to those sounds of tinnitus from inside his head forever, the attitude of "learn to live with it" from doctors and specialists. The total lack of knowledge or understanding of this invasive and debillitating condition. The difficulty in explaining what it is like and how it impacts on your life to those around you. The total frustration.

Keith's realisation that there is no one cure for eliminating the sounds of tinnitus. We are all different and hear something different as our own sounds of tinnitus. That to realise your tinnitus relief needs some trial and error, some experimentation.

In order for you to relieve the sounds of tinnitus demands that you follow a plan. As there is no druig that can be prescribed as a cure, an overall hollistic approach, coupled with a belief that you can win is the only way forward. But, tinnitus can be beaten, even if it cannot be cured.
