A Tinnitus Cure The Symptoms of Tinnitus Tinnitus Causes Consequences and Effects of Tinnitus Tinnitus Remedies Articles by Adrian Featherstone

New Tinnitus. Adrian FeatherstoneNew Tinnitus Diary. Episode 5.Tinnitus Sounds

Keiths Tinnitus Sounds are still with him in his last entry although they have got no worse. They fluctuate all the time and Keith has put a level score of 1-10 to his tinnitus sounds so that he can try to explain his discomfort to the people around him.

He cannot confirm any direct relationship between any particular food and his tinnitus sounds nor between those tinnitus sounds and excercise or relaxation.

He says he is being driven to distraction by his tinnitus sounds. He is suffering from a loss of sleep, loss of weight, anxiety and depression.

The feeling of helplessness and lonliness and disbelief that no antidote to his tinnitus sounds is on offer is resulting in him having days where all he can do is cry.
